It is an honor to share space with you, to hear your story and all that you have overcome. I value your courage to show up and work on your concerns. Know that all of you is welcome here. Healing can be uncomfortable and sometimes challenging, it is my hope to create a space of safety, and authenticity in which you feel supported to explore the things that are important to you.
I grew up in a very community oriented family, and feel very privileged to be able to give back to my community through private practice. I earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana, and Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Webster University. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have worked closely with individuals and families in various settings. My focus in therapy is you, thus I am committed to helping you identify the source of your pain, helping you move out of feeling stuck, as well as helping you create meaningful and lasting change.
